Hi, I will be traveling during the summer and am looking to sublease my room in my apartment starting June 12th, 2015 till the lease ends on August 27th, 2015. I share a room with a super sweet girl(who will be there on and off throughout the summer) in a two bedroom(at the moment both bedrooms are shared), 2 bathroom apartment. The bedroom has an attached private bathroom. The apartment has a spacious living room with vaulted ceilings and a private deck that gets lots of sun. Its across the street from UCLA and less than a five minute walk into downtown Westwood, so its in a super convenient vacation. Perfect for students taking summer classes. The rent is $735 a month plus utilities which are usually pretty cheap. Parking spots are available for an extra $100 a month.
