Sucks to live here if you're the studious type. Apartment was dirty when I moved in. Management is pathetic. Neighbors are annoying. At least it's close to campus.

Amazing location, but horrible management and constant partying! And the apartments themselves are poorly lit and not too spacious.

People would die to live here. Great location, nice enough to feel like a grown up pad but shitty enough to throw legit parties. The security guards knock once or twice but never do anything about the noise. Beware of the new helipad on top of the Med Cen as well as the conveniently close ER....just a piggyback ride away from getting your stomach pumped. So close to campus, so close to Westwood, so close to a raging good time. Enjoy your lease here people!
