Apartment includes a good-sized kitchen and living room. Bedroom comes furnished with desk, bed and mattress. Living room comes furnished with couches, chairs, and dining room table. Kitchen includes refrigerator, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. Rent does not include utilities (gas, electricity). Closed building entry, and there is a laundry room on the premises.rnrnIt is $600 per person per month but the June payment will be cut in half.
