There were a bunch of roaches in the places. I had to throw out a bunch of stuff when I moved for fear of bringing them to the new place. I had to call Holley Property like 4 or 5 times if I needed anything fixed. Also, I think the fridge was from the 50's: the freezer kept building up ice so much that the door wouldn't close, so I had to defrost it like once a month. 2/10 would not buy again.
