The building's location is absolutely perfect. Close to Westwood, flat walk to campus. The manager is not as nice as he seems - look forward to water being shut off without warning, loud construction, late maintenance requests. Overall though, a great building, albeit on the pricier side.

The only reason it's so loud is that it's so close to the street, and you can hear the buses in the mornings, and ambulances and cops at night. But you get used to it, and it really isn't too big of a deal. And management is incredible! If you have any issues, it gets taken care of right away!
