They ask for way too much information before signing the lease. They never answer or return calls. And they claim to have non-refundable security deposits, which is ILLEGAL! Basically they took our deposit before approving us and then waited 5 months before telling us that we couldn't get an apartment from them and that they were keeping our deposit! So, we're taking them to court!
