This place is great, but there aren't very many units so it's hard to get one.

Mike, the manager, is absolutely amazing. He's really laid back and quick with emergency repairs. He hasn't replaced a knob missing on one of our cabinets, but is over right away if the pilot light goes out. Parking and utilities are included in the rent except for electricity and cable/phone, which is very rare here in Westwood. Haven't tried to throw a party here yet because I live next door to the manager, but I don't see it being a problem if you live on the other side of the building.

The manager is really nice and easy-going. The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is not expensive and its very nice. Granite countertops, hardwood floors and a nice size living room. Great place to live.
